Worst banking experience ever!!!
They won't cancel my Cheque account! The bank keeps telling me it is linked to a revolving loan account which I have almost finished paying via their lawyers. It also have a monthly dr order for the revolving loan which I have been told cannot be cancelled (this must be ******ion) and just today I have received a notice requesting me to pay an outstanding balance in breach of credit agreement ON MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT. The outstanding balance is because the bank will not allow me to cancel anything linked to an account they have already handed over to lawyers. I am really at my end with this bank. What's even worse is that all the departments within the bank do not speak to each other so when you call them and waited to speak to someone for almost an hour you just get told they need to transfer you to a different department... this happened for about 1hr 45m. Worst banking experience EVER!
