Worst banking experience ever

This is absolutely the worst bank to ever be a part of. I’ve requested account closure on my credit card end of January this year, after a lot of back and forth communication, the account was suddenly closed without any notice. For several weeks afterwards I chased for an account closure letter, which I finally got in March. Note this letter has the wrong date on as well. And now I’m still faced with having this account active on my credit report, which I have tried contacting the bank about multiple times, and every time a consultant says they will phone me back, they need to check with someone, and still no-one has reached out to me. If I could go lower as 1 star, I would have given it.
