Worst Banking Experience

This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever encountered. I have app**** for a second home mortgage, I have submitted all the required documentation.

It been almost two months now, with no feedback from FNB home loan department. I have send numerous emails regarding this, used secure chat all in vain.

They don’t respond to email.

I strongly encourage people not to make the same mistake as I did. Use ABSA, My first home loan we used ABSA, even our second home mortgage before i went abroad. We never had any issue, feedback was rapid.

If I could switch banks, I do it in a heartbeat.
