Worst banking experience !!!

My account with fnb has been blocked for 20 days no feedback from kabelo Shai I sent all relevant documents as requested still feedback or updated, it has really took a toll on my business and lively hood,I have no other option but to take this the legal route for lost of income.didnt expect such poor customer service from fnb!
