Worst banking branch in the country

FNB Eastgate branch is most probably the worst branch in the country. AGAIN, on Monday, only 3 out of 6 ATM's were operational. Yet, as I attempted a deposit in one of the ATM's, I realized this one also was NOT WORKING. I tried another and halfway through my transaction, they just started to work on the ATM, cancelling my deposit. I reported it to the front service consultant who basically just walked away. FNB and specifically has NO interest in solving problems at this branch. They ignored previous complaints, did not even bother to contact me. And this absolute poor level of service is just going on and on and on...... Stay away!!!!!
