Worst Bank#FNB

Do not bank with FNB they do not care about the clients at all, they just want your money, worst banking experience ever, *********** staff in all departments.

Northmead - Hopeless, the lady will not even allow you in! Lakeside Mall - Whats the point of going to a bank after telling me I should and then making me use my own phone to call enquiries because they are ***********, 3 hours non the less!

The app is useless and provides basic functionality: Secure chat- they cannot assist you with anything, they always say visit a branch or call, they only try and help if you a private client but then too Hopeless!!!

That should not be called a Bank!!!
