Worst bank with the worst service

FNB is the worst bank anyone could ever want to have no different to the ****mers ,I have been disputing the same thing over and over again since last year ,I have never seen a bank that fails to cancel a disputed account even after they have opened a new one for me

I have disputed the transaction that left me on a negative on the previous account and asked that they account be cleared due to ***** and all they did was clear the account and refund the transactions to the old account that is still not working and the funds paid the negative amount that were still not caused by me but them because they failed to close my account ,i don’t understand how you refund an account that is not working but they is a new account that could have been refunded . I have been disputed since last year September…I regret banking with FNB and want to cancel the account
