worst bank to use

am very dissapointed with Fnb due to my bank was hacked and when i requested answers they failled giving me, i lost my whole salary on the 30th of last month, wereby my card was used without me knowing since i had my bank card with me. however withdrawals was made, when i ask they say it was done internally how can it be? i lost trust on this bank. my advise becareful with the bank you use, don't use this bank at all. consultants are not even professinal
