WORST BANK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY TO!!

On the 16th of December 2019,i deposited money into an FNB atm and the deposit was unsuccessful yet my money was never returned, due to the fact that it was holiday I had to wait until the following day to log a complaint. First thing I did the next day I went to FNB and I signed the necessary documents and I was promised that my money would be returned into my account within the next 5 working days if I'm not mistaken. 5 days came and left even going beyond Christmas still nothing from FNB or even any communication with a consultant.

It then came to a point where I took the executive decision to call which was on the 2nd of January and ask about where my money is. The lady I spoke to told me that my application was 'Still Pending', baffled I couldn't believe that after so long it read that. She then sent an email through on my behalf and marked it urgent. Later on that same day I was contacted by someone from FNB and they told me that they only found R20 from the money I deposited, I refused to believe this and he said he'd call me back, called me back the same day and told me that they found a total of R90 and I told them that it doesn't even amount to the R12590 I deposited. He dropped then called again and said they found R1250 and I had my breaking point at that moment, I told them just give my money back whilst looking for the whereabouts of the rest. They did indeed refund me that R1250+R90 and they said they'd open up the ATM to see if the rest was stuck and call me back on that following Monday, that following Monday came and went and I heard nothing. I wrote a review on Hellopeter a bit later than that and a lady called me and said they'd call me back and to my surprise? Nothing. I went to a different ATM branch due to the fact that I can't go back to the one I originally deposited in cause it's far from where I stay and the lady at the branch simply told me to go back to the branch where I originally made the deposit but as I've explained.. This is highly impossible for me to do.

It is 03h40 in the morning and I have not registered for Varsity, there's next to nothing I have done solely cause I was relying on the honesty of FNB, if roles were reversed and I'm the one who owed such a huge sum of money I'm most certain I'd probably be in jail. I've been up and down seeking help and at this point I DON'T EVEN WANT ALL OF IT! ENOUGH FOR ME TO REGISTER AT SCHOOL WOULD DO! THIS ISN'T A ****! My account is currently reading in negatives cause I haven't deposited anything since. But then again this always falls on deaf ears and empty promises are made, forever and always.
