Worst bank to put your money

My dad was a very loyal FNB client for years. He always spoke highly of FNB. When he passed away in September2015 I as the appointed executor had to learn firsthand as to how bad the service really is at FNB. They absolutely do not care about any service. It started with the branch manager at Silverton who gave absolutely no co-operation. I then tried Pretoria North FNB. After 4 visits and many wasted hours an Estate Account was eventually opened. FNB then discovered that the wrong type of account was opened. Back to FNB again. Now more than a month has elapsed - still no sign of any of my dad's money. My feeling is that FNB will take your money and try and keep it in FNB for as long as they can. Once FNB pays out the Estate's money it will never go back to FNB. I am highly disappointed.
