Worst bank to open an account with

The experience I have with this bank is horrible. They froze my account and i went in to the branch to verify my details and capture my fingerprints. I was told it wpuld take 48 hrs to be unfrozen and it is still not accessible. The secure chat function is useless as the staff there can't help or just ignore messages. Staff like Jubulile and Wade are very unhelpful
