Worst bank to obtain a homeloan

FNB, never again for a homeloan ever! I sent an application on the 9th March 2015 and was only given a quote on the 25th March 2015. The 'delay' was due to credit having a backlog and due to the systems being down. I must say on the 9th March 2015, the very same application was made to Investec who responded within 3days flat with the best rate which FNB could not beat.<br> I made Investec wait 3 weeks until the 25 March because I had thought due to FNB being my only bank that I bank with, I was positive they would beat the rate and grant the full loan, this was pathethic from the homeloan consultant who ******* me into another lower quote with a lower amount which is plain stupidity.<br> <br> FNB, time for me to make a move because even Premier Banking for Professionals are not worth it as we do not get value from it at all.<br> <br> Keep you 'how can we help you?' slogan because you cannot meet the demands of your customers!
