Worst bank to have an account

Worst bank ever . I opened my account last week Friday at carnival branch and deposited R500 and i went to collect the card on 30/may/2025 and I went to deposit R3000 and the atm gave a msg that my deposit declined but did not give the money back . So I asked the bank stay they said I have to go thro a process and wait for 48 hours to receive the amount . I deposited the money for an emergency. What kind of bank is this if I can’t access my money when I needed . I have been with Nedbank for last 14 years I never had this problem . Your technical issue is not my problem .

I have left my card and the bank slip at the branch . Please close my account and send my money back . The first try of fnb is worst than I thought
