WORST BANK TO BANK WITH DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AS WELL
They are the worst bank ever they make you believe you are in control and you are not i have never experienced what ive went through today to be honest i would like someone to please call me back with regards to getting my money and closing all the account i have with your bank your staff dropped calls on me some lie spent 120rands airtime trying to fix your mess ive made up my mind CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND GIVE ME MY MONEY PLEASE

19 May 2020, 19:31I am really failing to understand how fnb works if you go to office you are reffered to secure chat whilst secure chat says go to office i have tried all means to get my issue resolved till now im hanging on a thread do you call wat you doing banking or some gimmick i reversed an amount it reflects that it was reversed but my account till ttodate has not been funded and you people are saying the money was reversed what kind of a bank are you really
