Worst bank to bank with and Empty promises/misleading products

FNB is the worst bank to bank with i would advice people not to or move their accounts where they will get proper or relevant service they require. My account has duplicate payments transaction via google wallet pay and I contacted fnb premier for which they sent me to ***** department they sent me to debit disputes they sent me to online to cut story short have been sent from pillar to post and still to date I have not received my money back. what kind of a bank that doesnt pickup duplicate transaction or put hold. Aglso their debit dispute consultants are very rude and unprofessional to the point of just saying wrong department and drop the phone without even opening or looking at your profile.
