Worst bank that never cares about its loyal clients.

Why is it so difficult for FNB to increase my credit limit and yet it is so easy for them to give me a temporal loan of +R7000 on monthly basis?How is deducting R7800 on monthly basis for a temporal loan different from a personal loan that would cost me far less if you guys approved my applications?I only take those temporal loans because l need the funds for my building project and my bank leaves me with no choice but that.I've been getting my salary through FNB cheque account since 2014 but the highest loan amount that my bank ever granted me is R7000.Why is that?How many temporal loans have l taken from you?Have l ever disputed any of my payments? What's with the ill treatment?
