Worst Bank so far

My business account with FNB has been blocked for almost a yr now. I have called the bank and noone seems to know what is going on and everytime you call you get transfered to yet another wrong person. The only thing i have been told is the case number and the contact person *** / Mukhethwa Sebetwane who also seems to be a ghost as he has NEVER bothered to communicate. FNB please step up and resolve this issue and it has affected my business for the longest time
