Worst Bank Service Possible

I have contacted FNB multiple times about a debit order on my account that I do not know and have tried stopping and there has been no help whatsoever.. I have gone through secure chat and have simply been told it's a debit order. I am told to contact the service provider to cancel but how do I contact a provider when I do not know who they are.. FNB is allowing customers to be out of money each month and when asked there is nothing they can do.

There is more transactions on my account for subscriptions that I do not know but have been paying and yet again FNB is no help.

The slogan should really be FNB HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU..
