worst bank service ever

worst experience and service ever - no answering of calls, no response to emails, on hold for days on end - not interested in assisting a ***** case which is inconvenient and costing to me at the expense of FNB - they call once and believe they have made the biggest effort ever when not getting through to me on 1 occasion without trying again - departments keep transferring and then no answer - fnb has become the worst bank ever with the highest fees and no customer service - i wonder if i will ever be reimbursed for the debt i incurred by fault of FNB
