Worst Bank - Paid UP Letter - Closed Account

Closing my Personal Loan Account - terrible experience and still no Paid Up Letter. This is unacceptable services and a waste of my time. I get transferred from consultant to consultant and no one can assist me with the correct information and a way forward. I cannot speak to a manager because they do not have land lines and my calls get dropped by rude and arrogant consultants who refuse to listen. It's been 4 weeks and to date my account with FNB has not been closed. What is happening? I have to now start all over again and wait another 72 hours for feedback.
