Worst Bank, Not removing debt review status from their system.

I have app**** for a pension backed loan from FNB as i require a deposit for a home loan. Standard Bank bank offered 80% home loan financing. Absa and Netbank offered less. I was declined due to a account history, when disputing outcome, i was informed by the HL relationship centre of fnb that i cant be assisted with dispute as debt review is reflected on FNB system. I supp**** them with our 17.w form as evidence that we are not under debt review. Not one bureau credit report reflects debt review and we have access to finance from financial institutions. Only FNB reflects this status. Yet they assessed my pension backed loan application and debt review was never a reason for decline.

I enquired with the fnb debt review department and provided the 17w form, was informed by a consultant that it will be removed within 24-48 hours on Wednesday 30th November 2022. Contacted again on Friday 2nd December and was told to escalate request to a team leader, whom i sent a email with no response. Contacted again Monday 5th December 2022, and was informed by a consultant that the only way for removal is that i must go to a court and request an order stating we are not under debt review. Yet the 17w form has been signed by a commisioner of oath. This is the only bank refelecting such status. No bureaus have flagged debt review. I have been contacting their pension back loan department, their HL relationship centre, their debt review centre, and each consultant advises differently. One even stated i have a credit risk 3 on my profile (not sure what that means) and should go to a local branch to have it reduced, once done, they will reassess my pension back loan application. Local branch has never heard of such a thing. I am losing an opportunity to acquire a home due to this bank. No response to email enquiries, different advise from consultants. No action. Worst Bank, poor customer relations, which defnitely does not fit its slogan, more How can we NOT help you.
