WORST BANK, NO COMMUNICATION POSSIBLE
Sorry the lowest review is 1 star, they do NOT deserve any star. To start off, the worst bank in SA - I got this covid relief fund that they increased my loan and I didn\t get that money now I have to pay back R9200 more than what I got. I try to chat on their service but they don't have rights to help me(spend hours to get that message) - whet to the branch they can't hlp me I must phone personal loans , as soon as you request a statement the phone goes dead( tried that 4 time, same thing send a mail to *** 6 times no awswer for 5 weeks already
