WORST BANK NO COMMUNICATION

My newly open business account has been blocked by Fnb from the 8 march i have had no communication as to why the block i have send numerous emails and tried calling the agent who handling my case and no answer or reasonable response i have now approach the ombudsman to take this up further as i have some funds in the account and can not access it further more if the account is blocked why is Fnb allowing funds to be Transferred into the account and we can not transact out of the account that totally unacceptable i demand urgent answers.
