Worst Bank I've Ever Dealt With
Worst banking experience ever. I closed my FNB account years ago and they still spam me on my phone. When contacting them, it's almost impossible to get through because their phone systems are so horrible and broken. FNB still spams me (sending unsolicited SMSes) to this day, many years later.

09 Jul 2019, 17:20Hi anonymous FNB person,
I received an e-mail from you that stated, simply:
"Ref ******X Has been issued for your complaint. For updates contact ***"
That tells me NOTHING. What are you doing about the problem (that has persisted for 7 years) ???
Also, will you refund me the R50 in phone calls I used up trying to get through to your "help" line today? That is not to even mention all my lost time wasted due to your actions.
Regards,
Wilbur

09 Jul 2019, 17:25I see there was second e-mail that you sent 30 minutes ago (subsequent to the one I received earlier this afternoon). I missed it since it went into my spam folder.
I have rep**** to your message, however I will not provide you with sensitive information such as my ID number that you have requested. (I am not a client of yours.) I provided you with my phone number, which is more than enough.
