This is literally the worst bank ever. My worst experience with a bank ever. If you are considering moving to fnb don't if you want proof call me I will send you chats I had with their consultants statements of purchases I never made. And you see results for yourself. My credit score is in an all time low literally *** whatsapp me I can send you proof. Now I must wait for someone to call me in order to close this account and in the time I'm waiting guess what I've managed to get another R1000 areas on account for purchases I never made and debits I requested to change.
