Worst bank in the work appalling service and terrible staff.

Last year January my mother lost R24000 while banking with this ridiculous bank Fnb (Shelly center). Staff was not helpful at all... I can quote a name Vusi that works in the ***** department that told my mother in her face that he wont help.Fnb has been giving my mother a run around since January last year... Till this day my mom has not been assisted. It's painful especially because my mom works hard as a domestic worker then she looses so much money with a bank she's been banking with for years and gets no help. Fnb ur staff and service is appalling. I will not let this slide... I will be taking further actions. Somebody from Fnb needs to ensure my mom gets every cent back.
