Worst bank in the country

I am currently in distress and need assistance in a reduced instalment on my personal loan account. Now I am being told the instalment can only be reduced if I make a lumpsum payment. It is really bad from FNB not assisting clients with restructuring. Other banks help client, but obviously this is the worse bank in the country.
