Worst bank in terms of following up!!

I app**** for an FNB credit card on 10 July 2015 and was approved.
I then verbally consented to the agreement and provided them with the branch for delivery, believing it all to be sorted.

I then left the country for just over a week and upon my return i switch on my phone to numerous messages with regards to my incomplete application.

Many phonecalls to *********** people later, I get to Ian Ramsamy who finally managed to steer me in the right direction for me to sign a quotation at Century City branch. I go there and I'm assisted by Noni and for about a week I hear nothing until I again follow up with Ian.

Then I am phoned by another consultant to verbally (again!) accept a quotation on the 4th of August who apologises profusely for my bad experience. whatever! anyway, up until now I have again heard nothing!! If possible, please just cancel this damn application!!! FNB took forever to approve my homeloan too, with Nedbank approving within one day. Business is clearly not important to this bank.
