Worst bank in South Africa Fnb

A client paid from an Fnb account to our account which is also Fnb, on Monday now its Wednesday and not a cent has been received, they are not informing us why there is a delay. this is the worst bank in South Africa utter nonsesnse!!!! How must we run a business like this utter bull****
