Worst Bank in south africa

FNB is the worst bank to bank with I would advise you bank with standard bank. So I had many loans with them. They don’t contact you to follow up on payments they will allow these account to just run up. They just take money from your bank account without authorising it and when following up they will stop and say nothing. They don’t follow up with you for collections you have to constantly phone back to get feedback from the collections department. The worst and most pathetic service love those governing our county. There standards were high in the beginning but now it’s just ****.
