WORST BANK IN SOUTH AFRICA!!

The worst bank in South Africa. Trying to close my accounts with FNB is harder than cancelling a Telkom line. FNB constantly takes money off my accounts which doesn't allow for the accounts to be closed as well as the fact that I am being told, by different people, that accounts will be closed, etc. when nothing happens. Further to that, trying to even get through to an agent is near on impossible with their idiotic automated telephone system. You either spend 15 min on the call trying to be put through, or you enter your ID in wrong only to be met with silence which forces you to restart the process again. It's beyond frustrating and ridiculous!! I just want my ****** accounts closed so I don't have to deal with this pathetic bank again!!
