Worst bank in south africa

I cannot believe how bad FNB has become. They have become the worst bank in south Africa. This is now the third issue I have had with them. So I transfered money from overseas into my account and it was rejected by FNB due to the username. Nevertheless they do not let you know that it was no notification nothing. Then two weeks ago I called in to ask them what is wrong they said they will send me an email to say it was rejected. They promised to send me something but still nothing. Even my bank overseas still waiting for there response almost a month later. This is the worst service ever
