Worst bank in South Africa

The worst bank to bank with in South Africa. One hell load of hidden costs and fees and immense deductions on your account you do not even see beyond the expensive account fee. I have been a customer for 4 years and I am ending this nonsense here. Useless customer care services who are not attentive and helpful. My complaint will also go to the banking ombudsman.
