Worst bank in S.A FNB

My wife and are with Fnb for ages, we app**** for a home loan (first time buyers) for R650 000. We did the application and we were declined because of affordability which is bunch of bull. They don't even tell why,what or whom... I'm going to name that consultant ( lerato) terrible service and what a disappoint for my wife and I. They say how can we help you, it's actually how can we take your money. This is the worst bank in S.A They can't even help people to get they home. We are in the process of getting our home loan with another bank and we are getting our home loan. Fnb please don't respond and say thank you your feedback and ae will be in touch. My wife and I will be closing our Fnb accounts soon.
