Worst bank in SA

So on Black Friday FNB takes double the amounts swiped. The team is very well aware and advised that these double debits will be reversed. Disputed the orders a week ago and still no refund? This bank needs to be closed and taken to court. 1000s has been ****** out of my account with no answer. You just have accept defeat. R900 gets deducted with no sms, no proof, no answer. Spoke to 6 different consultants, no one can tell me where the money went? Staff is uneducated and 0 training. Private banker and wait 30min to speak to someone over the phone, they tell me to please hold on, hear her breathing in the mike and she puts the phone down in my ear!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FNB!!!!! *****S!
