Worst bank in SA

Was charged a “tracing fee” by the credit card department, even though I have been in constant contact with FNB through my entire unemployment process. When trying to call to sort it out the consultants tend to hang up the phone. Even when using the in-app chat function they constantly disconnect.

The so-called private banker is a mythical creature. I’ve tried to make payment arrangements to no avail. I’m just told to pay double, instead of coming up with a realistic arrangement, like absa who agreed to extend the loan term at a lower installment to relieve a bit of the pressure or Nedbank who have only requested part payment.
