Worst bank in SA

I wish I could give you a negative 5 star review. You are honestly the worst bank in South Africa. Nothing better to do than waste people's time and create *****ulent home loans ons their behalf. I want to close my accounts with FNB, with immediate effect. I have been to the branch twice. The first time they were unable to assist because of the (forced on me) overdraft. This was eventually cleared. Today I went back with my R0 balance account to close it only to sit in the queue for close to an hour and then being moved to a new queue because there is only one woman in the branch can close accounts. This is weirdly not the same woman that helped me last time
