Worst Bank in RSA

FNB has ignored and passed the buck for more than 9 months now. They simply pass me from pillar to post from call center to call center. I have had more than 3 so called Private Bankers in the last two years. The latter are of no help unless they want to sell you something, the latest Banker does not respond to my emails and or calls. The so called App once again refers me to a call center. I have now had to resort to the old school method by taking off work and going to the branch. I spoke to a branch manager and even he has been of zero assistance simply telling me that I must once again call the call center number. The simple issue with call centers, remains that you can never reach the same person and thus there is no progress. I have called and called and waited patiently but it is down right Pathetic. I would advise any and all to stay clear of FNB they simply play lip service to their so called "Care for the Clients".
