Worst bank in country

FNB is useless. I app**** for a COVID relief and the *********** bankers and system debited my credit card loan amount twice. I am still waiting for this amou t to be reversed . No one can help me over the phone or on secure chat and no one replies to emails. I will take this up with small claims court and ombudsmen and sue if this doesn't get sorted. Once this is all said and done I will be changing banks after being a cli for many years. I gave never experienced such dishonest service. I want answers and I want a manager to call me.
