Worst Bank Fnb

This is the worst bank, worst customer service, *****ing their client's money from their accounts. I have contacted FNB Bank several times, phone calls, emails and I have also went into the bank where they said the money will be put back into my account in 5 days it's going for 2 weeks?FNB is not even responding to any of my emails? You have lost a client forever, this is not the 1st time you take my money, how many clients that do not really check their accounts money are you *****ing? Your bank charges are something that needs to be investigated, you as a bank should be ashamed of yourselves for taking money that you do not deserve as your service suck.
