Worst banking experience ever, when you go to the branch, they give you numbers of business units to consult, when you call the business units, they tell you that the branch should assist, and the cycle continues while the collect monthly service charges from your account with zero service. The consultants are so quick to quote some of their internal rules with no relation to customer service.
