Worst bank everq

The most *********** bunch of bankers I've ever had to deal with. After paying the balance on my revolving loan I had requested to have the account closed, I was told it would take 3-4 days. I again send a message to find out status, I am told it's closed. After 2 whole weeks I then receive an email to pay 28c outstanding for it to be closed. Which makes no sense at all. Back anf forth with bankers, I get told it's gona be closed. Now I'm owing R1 on the account. Really? I want this account closed. Everytime I converse with a Fnb banker there's a different story.
