Worst Bank ever! Wouldn't recommend at all!

Consultants - Rude, Drops calls, Call avoids, No listening s****s. I've called in 5 times to speak to your consultants regarding my Covid19 relief program. Thrice came through to the same agent which answers the call but says +nothing at all but here that they working from home because there is a tv playing in the background and voices. The forth time, speak to and agent but very rude, call is bad, cannot hear agent that's working from home, agent ignores call when speaking to her, pretends she cannot hear me. The 5th agent has no listening s****s when asking her questions, they don't answer what been asked. Then she transfers me back into the queue. I need you to deal with these agents appropriately.
