WORST BANK EVER WITH STUPID STAFF

I called on sunday and spoke to Dudu Maduna in FNB connect as I cancelled my subscriptions and want to port my number to a different network and she advised that FNB will still debit my account on the 20th of July and I advised her that I was told my Tshepo when I called to cancel that they wont debit account anymore as I already paid for July

I requested to speak to the Manager there and dudu advised me that Manager is still on a call and he will call me back-Team leaders name is Mahlatsi and he did not bother to call me back until now,when I called back an hour later while waiting for his call I was told by Palesa that he already left for the day.

I called twice today requested to speak to Mahlatsi and he did not want to come on the phone, I want to close my accounts and cancel this stupid simcard as no one cares there...will never recommend your products to anyone I regret why I changed my bank to you
