WORST BANK EVER - TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN YOU REQUESTED TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT

Worst bank ever!!! I settled my credit card, my 2 loans and my overdraft in time and FNB still debited my account, it took numerous phone calls and endless time to refund me, when i asked for a manager they are just never available... I then again had to pay monthly account fee, overdraft fee and interest rate. I phoned FNB to close my check account as well- Well guess what they again took monthly account fee, overdraft fee and interest debit. I am so sick to pay almost R300-00 banking fees monthly after i closed my account with them. All these fees goes off in my overdraft as my account were on R0.00. I will never return to FNB ! I refuse to pay this fees again - month after month as this is now the second month in a row as they refuse to close your account when you are in a MINUS with them. i dont know why i am complaining as there is NO SERVICE to complain about!!!
