Worst bank ever (FNB)

Absolutely the worst bank ever!!! They keep billing me although the account is empty so the account is already in the -400+ how can u take money if there's no money to take?? They billed me R210 for a unpaid item this is ridiculous closing this account as soon as possible!!!
