Worst bank ever FNB

I lost my bank cards in November 25th, I app**** for New cards same time. I went to the bank countless times, they kept telling me about DSV courier. Christmas is gone now, I couldn't get anything for my children because whenever I need cash, I must do an ewallet which cost me a lot of money. I'm so furious and devastated for getting such a ******* treatment from FNB. I don't wish this to happen even on my worst enemy. I'm going to look for another bank now, that's reliable. I'm going to tell my family, my friends and church members to stop using FNB.
