Worst bank ever

The worst bank ever. Try being private client, you’ll even want to pull your hair out one by one. I’ve been trying to make payment with MY OWN money, to another bank, but I struggled till now.

When I speak to their agents(8 to be exact) they keep giving me all these different apologies but not assisting me with my issue.

I used my airtime for over an hour and a half trying to speak to them but still my problem is not resolved. I am on private clients but I don’t feel the benefits. I have never received such terrible service in my entire life and not just from one agent but from ALL of them
