Worst bank ever

Firstly the service is the worst I've dealt with to date from going to a branch on a quiet day to call centres and even bond approval. I am still waiting for my bank cards which was app**** over a week ago and only so called ordered a week later so it means I'll be waiting 2 weeks. Not just that I was also told that I will get a certain rate and additional 0.25 to move over wow I didn't get the rate I was expecting.so all round FNB sucks and doesn't know what they are doing!I also supposed to have private bankers yet even they are so difficult to contact.I tried 4 times and got disconnected waiting.
