Worst bank ever

This must be the worst bank ever! First you guys are not transparent, till today nobody can explain all the charges on my account, nobody bother helping or assisting. My credit card account has facilities which would of helped me in my difficult times, yet you wait until I'm completely at my wits ends then you tell me oh we can move this to your alot her facility. And all I get is sorry nobody told you. What is going on!!!! Must I just completely forget fnb and just leave it to be, let's go to court then, you guys are just absolutely ridiculous, no options are given until I get ugly. This is so exhausting.
